If there are any changes to your health/medications, address, contact information, or insurance plan, please advise the receptionist prior to your appointment.
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises while the office is closed, call the office phone number and you will find Dr. Esrason's emergency number. If an emergency arises when the office is open, please call the office as early in the day as possible. We reserve special times for those patients with emergency needs and you will be seen as quickly as possible.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that time may be given to another patient. We reserve the right to charge $58 for appointments canceled or broken without 24 hours notice.
Oahu Dental Group accepts most major dental plans, including Tricare for military dependents. We do not participate with HMO plans, Medicare, Medicaid, Worker's Compensation, or outside Discount Plans.
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, costs of your dental care. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible, and other expenses, such as tax, which must be paid in full by the patient at the time of service.
We are happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Please note that it is the patient's responsibility to know their insurance policy and benefits. We file many different insurance companies, free of charge, and it is virtually impossible for us to know individual policies. We strive to make our estimates as accurate as possible, but the insurance company may pay less than estimated. We will not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company regarding any non-covered charges or procedure codes. Co-pays are due at the time of service.

We validate parking for $4.00 per hour at the Pacific Guardian Center parking structure located off of Alakea Street. You may also find metered street parking around the building.
